The Tablelands Beef story

A challenge became
a new way forward.

Tablelands Farm to Fork began in 2022, when falling cattle prices made the traditional model unsustainable. Founded by Barbara, Ainslie, Ray and Trevor under BART Trading, the family created a more direct and resilient path from local farms to customers. That work has since supported more than a dozen Tablelands farmers and inspired connected ventures in pet nutrition, natural skincare and new food innovation.
